The exhibition ............ We are famous ceramic
Chronicle of Gabriel de Santis
On June 5 and 6 was held an exhibition of ceramics in the center of the Fumone "Grottoni municipal. "
The ceramic pieces were made by children in grades fourth and fifth elementary school: it took much effort and even some dispiacere.Tutto began Friday afternoon when we went up to town to set up the exhibition, came some mothers who have helped us a lot to carry pottery from the school to "Grottoni" to remove them from the boxes and place them, so the teachers have set up the table cloth and adorned with antique showcases, and this has given even more prominence to the beauty of our work. We made it eight in the evening we were all very excited because Saturday the exhibition opened to the public and we had to sell all the pieces. The exhibition opened in the morning at 10:00 and ended at 13:00 and then re-open at 15:00 and closes at 19:00.
On Saturday morning we gave the finishing touches to 10:00 and we opened to the public. We were all happy to receive guests, but also to sell it and collect a lot of money. We all took place near a bar of our choice with the pieces of ceramics at the beginning we were bored because no one understands and I wanted to put me with Matt and Andrew because they sold a lot and took advantage by fanatics and who commanded all Capetti also positions. It took a long but eventually I managed to convince and to be with them and from that moment I had fun. At 13:00 we all went home to eat and at 15:00 and we took all over the place. In the end that at 19:00 we counted the pieces that we had not sold and the result was great! They had been 5 ° 6 for sale, and had received about 700 €. Knowing that a lot of money still had to come Sunday and that many children had to pay their pieces and so was finished Saturday.
